The Royal Palace of Turin was the official royal residence of the Italian Royal Family of Savoy. The royal family lived permanently in this palace until 1865 and here are perfectly preserved environments, furnishings and works of art made between the sixteenth and twentieth centuries. The palace is part of the 22 Residenze Sabaude entered into the UNESCO World Heritage.

The building is part of the Royal Museums of Turin with the Royal Armoury, the Royal Library, the Shroud Chapel, the Savoy Gallery, the Archaeological Museum and its gardens.
