INFORMATION: HEALTH EMERGENCY COVID-19
Following the health emergency due to COVID19, what precautions are taken at DUPARC Contemporary Suites?
Our guests and staff’s health and security are a priority to us. For this reason, we have committed to find a protocol and standards of cleanliness and hygiene that can guarantee everybody’s serenity.
What are the precautions taken at the Reception?
Inside the compass at the entrance of the hotel there are UV lamps for air sanitization. The Reception desk has been provided with a wide plexiglass panel and you will find disposable sanitizing gel dispensers.
Besides, to guarantee a safer welcome and to simplify the check-in procedures, we have implemented a self check-in service. Before your arrival, you will receive a link which will allow you to send all the necessary details for the registration. At arrival, you will be asked to show your ID card or passport, in order to check the information.
The key of your suite will be sanitized before delivering it and, each time it will be left at the reception, we will clean it before returning it.
What are the precautions taken in the suites?
The cleanliness of our suites is our cornerstone and it is one of the details we pay more attention to, since ever.
In this period, we have decided to reintroduce cleaning alcohol and ammonia-based products, which we eliminated according to a more conscious ecological choice but which are now essential for a better sanitization.
In addition to ordinary thorough cleaning, our suites are completely sanitized with ozone before every arrival. The frequency of cleaning and sanitization of the ventilation ducts of the entire structure has been increased. Besides, bed linen and towels are treated and sanitized by a specialized professional laundry.
We have decided to remove carpets, particular furnishing elements and not strictly necessary printed materials from our suites. Kettles and coffee machines have been removed also, but they are available on request.
We inform you that the daily cleaning is done by our housekeeping staff which is provided with personal protection equipment and when you will be outside of the suite. If you do not want daily cleaning, it is possible to request it at the time of booking or directly at the Reception.
Is breakfast available?
Yes, it is. To guarantee everybody’s safety, the buffet is not available, but there is a rich selection of products you can choose from and that will be directly served at your table. If you prefer, it is possible to have breakfast in room, with a small extra. It is possible to request the service at the time of booking or directly at the Reception.
Is it possible to use the gym?
Yes, our gym is open 24/7. One person at a time can use it, upon reservation. This system will allow us to air the room and to disinfect it after use.
Is it possible to use the water area of the DUPARC ORIENTAL SPA?
Not yet. According to the Italian guidelines, the water are of the SPA remains closed at the moment.
Is it possible to get a treatement at the DUPARC ORIENTAL SPA?
Yes, it is possible to get a treatment or a massage upon reservation. To know the opening hours, book the treatments and for more information on the precautions taken, we invite guests to contact directly the DUPARC ORIENTAL SPA.
Is the Restaurant DUPARC available?
Yes, the DUPARC Restaurant is open, but only for hotel's guests upon reservation. To verify opening day please click here.
What are the precautions taken by the hotel Staff?
A specific protocol has been created for the DUPARC Staff, in order to contain the contamination, prevent the risks and to manage any emergencies to which a training course has been added.
When smart working is not possible, the staff has been provided with personal protection equipment, such as masks, disposable gloves, disinfectants to clean the surfaces.
Everybody is required to maintain social distancing, both with guests and colleagues, and to avoid gatherings.
It is also asked not to share devices. If this is not possible, it will be necessary to sanitize them before the use.

We require an extra attention to respect the protection measures suggested by the World Health Organization and the decrees issued by the national competent authorities. It is essential that all our guests respect social distancing, always wear masks inside the common areas, use elevators one at a time, care for hands hygiene and cleaning and, finally, not to create gatherings.
We ask you to help us respecting everybody’s health and safety, to guarantee all our guests the same welcome as always, even if a little more distant.

How can I book?

Will my data will be disclosed to third parties?
No. Your data will be stored safely in our software and will not be disclosed to anyone.
Are there any discounts for long-term stays?
Yes. Special rates apply to stays of more than 27 nights. Discover more, click here.
Can I get an invoice for my stay?
If you have made a refundable booking, you can ask for the invoice at the time of checking in.
If you have made a non-refundable booking, ask for an invoice in the special notes field or send us an email with your data (trade name, full address, VAT no., taxpayer’s ID and e-invoicing code). In the absence of the above, we will issue a tax receipt in your name. Once a tax receipt has been issued, we cannot cancel it.
What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
Each rate and each offer has a different cancellation policy. Please read them carefully when making or confirming a booking.
Will the booking be charged to my credit card?
If you have made a refundable booking, the reservation will be secured by your credit card, and this will only be used in the event of no-show or late cancellation. At the time of checking in, we may ask you to pre-authorise your card for your full room rate.
Yes, if you have made a non-refundable booking, the payment will be charged to your credit card. If you need an invoice, remember to request one in the special notes field or send us an email with your data.

How far are you from the city centre?
The DUPARC Contemporary Suites is situated in Turin’s central San Salvario district, about 3 km from the historic city centre.
Is the historic city centre easy to reach by public transport?
Yes. The DUPARC is moments away from the no. 67 bus to Torino Porta Nuova (the city’s central railway station) and just 500 metres from the “Dante” metro stop.
Is the historic city centre easy to reach on foot?
Yes. Piazza Vittorio Veneto is just half an hour’s walk away through the Parco del Valentino.

Do you have rooms with a whirlpool bath?
No. None of our rooms have a whirlpool bath.
Do you have rooms with balconies?
Yes. Some apartments have a balcony. To ensure availability, please email info@duparcsuites.com.
Is there an ironing board and iron in the room?
Yes. There is an ironing board and iron in every suite and apartment.
Are the suites fitted with washer and dryers?
Some of our apartments are fitted with a washing machine. Please click here to ensure the suite you have booked has one. None of our suites have a dryer.
Are the apartments equipped with dishes, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils in general?
Yes. All our apartments with kitchen are inclusive of cooking utensils. We do not provide condiments such as salt, pepper, oil, etc.
I am claustrophobic. Are there stairs as well as lifts?
Yes. At the DUPARC, all the floors are served by both lifts and stairs.
I’ll be arriving too early for check-in. Can I use the car park?
Yes. If you arrive too early for check-in, you can still buy your parking space in our indoor car park.
Is it possible to check in before the standard check-in time?
Yes. You can opt for early check-in at the time of booking or, if your room is ready, pay a small supplement and check in early upon arrival.

What is the standard check-out time?
You can check out until 11:00 AM.
Is late check-out offered?
Yes. You can opt for late check-out at the time of booking or ask the receptionist for availability and rates upon arrival.
Can I get an invoice for my stay?
If you have made a non-refundable booking, ask for an invoice in the special notes field or send us an email with your data (trade name, full address, VAT no., taxpayer’s ID and e-invoicing code). In the absence of the above, we will issue a tax receipt in your name. Once a tax receipt has been issued, we cannot cancel it.

What credit cards do you accept?
Yes. We accept all credit cards.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel after checking out?
Yes. Our hotel provides a free cloakroom service that allows you to store your luggage at the hotel until the time of your departure.

I have lost my receipt/invoice. Can I get a duplicate?
Yes. Email us at info@duparcsuites.com and we’ll send you a duplicate receipt/invoice relating to your stay as soon as possible.
